Sparks Best in the West Rib Cook Off

The Rib Cook-Off returns to Victorian Square outside the Nugget Casino Resort beginning August 30, 2023. The six day festival features 20+ of the country’s best high volume rib cookers squaring off for the highly coveted title of Best In The West.
In addition to the best rib cookers anywhere, there will be a kids’ activity area, a massive line up of craft and merchant vendors!!!!
